๐Ÿ”„ What is the Design Process?
  1. Submit your design request with all necessary details.
  2. You'll receive a quote and confirmation.
  3. Once approved, your invoice will be sent.
  4. For projects under $300, full payment is required upfront. For projects $300 or more, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due upon final design approval.
  5. For rush projects, payment is due in full before work begins.
  6. Youโ€™ll receive a concept to review.
  7. Weโ€™ll complete 2 rounds of revisions.
  8. Once the final payment is received, the final files are delivered.
โœ๏ธ How Many Revisions Are Included?

Each project includes 1 concept and 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are $15 per round. Once approved, all edits (including typos) will require an additional fee.

โฑ How Long Will My Design Take?

Standard turnaround is 7โ€“10 business days depending on scope and your response time.

Rush services are available depending on availability and project type. All rush fees must be paid in full before work begins.

Basic projects include flyers, social media graphics, and single-layout designs.

Rush fees for complex projects (logos, branding, etc.) are quoted individually and may range from $100+ or a percentage of the total fee.

Payment in full is required to begin all projects under $300. For projects $300 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the final payment due upon approval of the final design. Rush project fees are due in full before work begins.

Delivered files include JPG, PNG (transparent), and PDF. Editable files (PSD/AI/Canva) are not included unless purchased separately.

Yes โ€“ available for purchase at 3x the base project rate.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the terms on this page.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Payment & Refund Policy
  • Full payment is required upfront for projects under $300.
  • Projects $300 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin.
  • Remaining balance is due upon final approval before files are released.
  • All rush project fees must be paid in full upfront.
  • All sales are final after 48 hours of receiving final files.

2 rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds are $15 each. Separate revision messages may count as individual rounds.

The client is solely responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, and details. Carl D. Wright is not liable for any errors after client approval and delivery.

  • Client owns final approved design upon full payment
  • Designer retains rights to display work in portfolio
  • Drafts and unused concepts remain the property of the designer

Carl D. Wright is not responsible for printing errors, third-party misuse, or any damages arising from use of the final design.
