Frequently Asked Questions
1. Send in your design request and provide all the details for your project.
2. We will contact you with a quote and to discuss your project.
3. We will send you an invoice.
4. Review your invoice and submit your deposit and all required content.
5. We will send you the concept for your review.
6. We will work through two rounds of edits to finalize your design.
7. Submit your remaining balance due to get your final files.
8. Your final design files will be submitted to you via email upon the receipt of your balance.
Our prices include 1 Concept and 2 rounds of revisions on the design. Once you have used your 2 rounds, any additional revisions after are charged at $15 per round of revisions.
If you approve on a design once we send you the finalized graphic image files and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged the same revisions fees as noted above per round. (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part). Be sure to proof read before giving the go to finalize the design.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to begin design work and final payment is due before the release of printed or digital designs. Payment for Rush Orders is due in full, up front.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal (Carlwright20@yahoo.com) and CashApp ( $CarlDWright )
We invoice through PayPal. You can submit payment via the invoice or the other methods mentioned above. The invoice is for record keeping purposes
Our turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project and the delivery of content by the client. Below is our typical turnaround time. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and our communication.
Our Standard Turnaround Time: 7-10 business days
We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. We work with a number of clients at a time and though we are able to work on several client projects at once – we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something expedited, please reference our Rush fees.
Yes. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Rush fees are as follows – within 5 days = $25, 3 days = $50, 1 day = $75.
50% of your total payment specified in your initial invoice is considered a non-refundable deposit. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Carl D. Wright and if applicable, a fee for any and all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. After 48 hours of receiving your final design, all sales are considerd final and Non-Refundable.
Images intended for web & social media purposes, we will supply your files in JPEG format. Items intended for print, we will supply JPEG and PDF format. Logos include various formats: JPEG format and PNG (transparent background)

Yes, Native PSD Files (Original Source Files) are available for purchase and have a fee of 3x the base price. Please note, the PSD file includes all the layers of the finalized artwork and will be released once payment is received.
